LESSONRENDER · STEP 1 (OWN RECORDING) · GET THE SCRIPT OF YOUR AUDIO OR VIDEO FILE

Use this file instead of 1-script-from-youtube.txt when the lesson uses your own
audio.mp3 or video.mp4 (for example, a recording of yourself or a podcast extract).

HOW TO USE THIS FILE
1. Open Gemini (gemini.google.com). A free account is enough.
2. Attach your audio or video file (the + or paperclip button).
3. Fill in the TEACHER'S CHOICES below, copy the prompt and paste it into Gemini.
4. Check that the answer starts with your choices, and that every line of the transcript
   starts with times like [00:05–00:15].
5. Copy Gemini's whole answer. You will paste it in step 3 (3-make-the-lesson.txt).

===========================

I am an English teacher. Listen to the attached file and give me:

0. Start your answer with the TEACHER'S CHOICES block above, copied exactly as I wrote it, including the ==== lines. Another assistant will use it to write the lesson.
1. A word-for-word transcript, in blocks of about 10 seconds. Start each block with its start and end time as plain text: [mm:ss–mm:ss]. Start each turn with the speaker's name or role and a colon (e.g. "Teacher: …"). Mark anything unclear as [UNCERTAIN] and music as [Music].
2. The total length of the file (mm:ss).
3. One or two good clips of 20 to 90 seconds, with exact start and end times at natural pauses, and a one-line summary of each.
4. 6 to 10 useful words or phrases for these learners, each with the time it is said.

Do not paraphrase, invent or guess. Give everything as plain text I can copy, without tables or links.
