===========================

I am an English teacher preparing a listening lesson for the learners above. Watch the video and give me the information below. Accuracy matters more than speed: do not paraphrase, invent or guess. Write every time as plain text in [mm:ss] format, never as a link.

0. MY CHOICES
Start your answer with the TEACHER'S CHOICES block above, copied exactly as I wrote it, including the ==== lines. Another assistant will use it to write the lesson.

1. VIDEO DETAILS
- Exact title, channel name, total length (mm:ss) and the video link.
- The speakers: their names if they say them or they appear on screen or in the title; otherwise a role (Narrator, Interviewer, Guide, Customer). Never "Speaker 1" or "Speaker 2".
- The speakers' accents.

2. WORD-FOR-WORD TRANSCRIPT WITH TIMES
- The full transcript, word for word, in blocks of about 10 to 20 seconds.
- Start each block with its start and end time: [mm:ss–mm:ss].
- Start each turn with the speaker's name or role and a colon, e.g. "Rob Mills: …".
- Mark anything unclear as [UNCERTAIN], and music or noise as [Music] or [Noise].
- Mark the intro, any advert or sponsor message, the outro and the credits, with their times.

3. SUGGESTED CLIPS
Suggest the number of clips chosen above, each 60 to 120 seconds long, with exact start and end times. Start and end at a natural pause, never in the middle of a sentence. Skip the intro, adverts and credits. For each clip give:
- a one-line summary;
- 8 to 12 useful words or phrases for these learners, each with the time it is said.

4. LANGUAGE AND DISCUSSION
- Grammar: 3 to 5 sentences from the video that show a structure worth teaching at this level, each with its time. Only sentences that are correct in written English.
- Discussion: 3 to 5 moments that could start a good class discussion, each with its time and a one-line reason.

5. CHECKS
- Which parts have music, people speaking at the same time, or very fast speech?
- Is anything shown only on screen (text, charts, pictures) that learners would need to see?
- Which times are you least sure about?

Give everything as one plain-text answer I can copy, without tables or links. Do not summarise instead of transcribing.
